The Potts Point site has an incredibly rich heritage and our design not only includes the preservation of the building’s original features, but restoration of some of its most beautiful elements including a first-floor balconies, slate roof tiles and a copper dome.

peckvonhartel will be retaining & enhancing the existing beauty of the Potts Point heritage building.

The new hotel will include premium hospitality offerings to the inner city suburb, incorporating influences of European elegance, as well as contributing to “the aesthetic significance, urban character, and historical legibility of the conservation area.”.
