We’re a managing consultant as part of the Project Remediate managed repair process and manage façade engineers, quantity surveyors and building certifiers. We worked across nine projects in NSW, peckvonhartel is at the forefront of rectification works.

Technical Documentation

peckvonhartel has an incredibly strong background in producing technical architectural documentation, creating and co-ordinating detailed construction documents that specify the remediation work. These documents guide contractors in undertaking the design accurately and efficiently, to a high level of finish. Through a methodical approach to design and architecture, peckvonhartel is committed to producing unique site-specific design solutions that fulfil the demands of commercial projects.

Experienced Remediate Professionals

We have a strong working relationship with the managing contractor, Hansen Yucken, as well as the Office of Project Remediate. We have a strong understanding of Cladding Product Safety and the processes involved in Project Remediate, and recertification of combustible cladding in general. Given our wider architectural expertise, peckvonhartel is often called upon to provide Design Advisory services such as Expert Advice given on behalf of an Applicant or the Responsible Authority in hearings at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). Such hearings require an expert understanding of residential design and residential urban planning and often outcomes set boundaries for future residential development.
