    As peckvonhartel’s National Design Leader, Tim drives the practice’s mandate to deliver innovative design founded in a rigorous process, unwavering on quality.

  • NATALEE MARTIN | Senior Associate

    Natalee brings a client-focused passion for the integration of stakeholder groups, ensuring that project objectives and design approach strategies are implemented into well-communicated design and technical outcomes. She is adept at problem-solving and highly trusted by clients, contractors, consultants, and architectural teams.

    Her commitment to the development and management of strong working relationships is central to her approach. Supporting a high level of client communication, with an appreciation for design and a highly technical skillset, Natalee harnesses the whole project team to make projects a successful journey from concept through to on-site completion.

  • RACHEL PECK | Principal

    Awarded Telstra businesswoman of the year, Rachel is sought out for her development expertise and commercial acumen. She firmly understands the economic drivers of large-scale projects.

    With an Engineering background and a passion for insightful design, she brings an abundance of expertise and experience to the early stages of a project. Rachel holds numerous corporate leadership roles, including her current appointment to the Board of Icon Water as well as her recent tenure on the Board of the Arboretum, and as Chair of the Canberra Business Chamber Planning and Infrastructure Committee.

  • MARTEN PECK | Principal

    With a career founded in property development, Marten brings a unique perspective and critical eye to peckvonhartel’ s large scale development projects. His strength is in predevelopment strategy and feasibility, often partnering with developers and collaborating with architects at the formative stages of our projects. Aiding in risk management and maximising commercial opportunity

    Marten draws on his deep network of design and industry professionals to curate dynamic project teams, providing critical insights to global benchmarking in architecture, sustainability, and urban response, driving the best economic, social, and commercial objectives of each project.

  • YVONNE VON HARTEL AM LFAIA | Founding Principal

    Renowned architect, Yvonne von Hartel AM has contributed to Australia’s most innovative built work, creating a legacy as a pioneer for excellence in design. Awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for ‘Services to Architecture, and to the promotion of women in Architecture’, Yvonne is also a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects. Yvonne participates on several design review panels, committees and boards. Currently appointed as Commissioner of the Victorian Building Authority, a member of the Sydney Metro Martin Place Over Station Development and Western Sydney Airport Design Review Panel, Yvonne’s rich and deep understanding of architecture and design ensures she remains an active contributor across all design areas of the practice.

  • ROBERT PECK AM | Founding Principal

    Awarded an Order of Australia for ‘services to the Practice of Architecture, Urban Design and Development’ Robert is a founding Principal of peckvonhartel and has been involved in the design and delivery of iconic projects on both a national and international scale.

    Robert is a Life Fellow of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. A highly involved figure in the Australian property industry, he has been elected to numerous advisory group positions, including Chairman of the National Building and Construction Council, Board Member of the Property Council of Australia and National President of the Association of Consulting Architects Australia (ACA), an organisation he helped establish. He plays a pivotal role in the commercial delivery of major projects.
